Overcoming the constraints of a main-road site with limited access, this major renovation, featuring a first-floor addition and rear extension, transformed a modest Newtown terrace into a refined, modern residence.
The project involved a complete internal reconfiguration, accompanied by demolition, structural upgrades, and the addition of a new upper level to expand the living space.
Refined features, including engineered timber flooring, new staircases, and underfloor heating, were paired with high-grade insulation to ensure year-round comfort.
New finishes, fixtures, and systems were installed throughout the home, with tiling, painting, and tailored detailing applied with precision to complete the interior transformation.
