Set in the heart of the Sutherland Shire, this major home renovation transforms a Gymea Bay residence into a Mediterranean inspired coastal home, reimagined entirely for the modern Australian family.
The design is rooted in a deep connection to place – sun warmed neutrals, organic forms and a considered material palette come together to create a luxury home that feels genuinely grounded, in its landscape, in its finishes, and in the life it was made to hold. French Pattern Travertine, Taj Mahal engineered stone, Boston Oak joinery and antique brass fixtures were each selected to age beautifully and work in quiet harmony with one another. Spaces are curated to feel lived in yet refined, encouraging slow, intentional living without sacrificing comfort or function.
Conceived and delivered entirely in house by the integrated TASS team across architecture, interior design and construction, this Sutherland Shire renovation reflects a seamless design and build approach from concept through to completion. This collaboration ensured clarity of vision and exceptional execution at every stage of the residential renovation. The result is a home that does not announce itself. It settles into its surroundings and invites you to do the same.
