Do you also build the homes you design, or is this a design-only service?
Our architectural design service is where we shape and document your home so it’s ready for construction. Because we’re registered architects & licensed builders, many homeowners choose to keep going with us through construction to completion, so the whole project stays under one roof. One of the benefits of that is a single point of accountability, with no gap between the design and the build.
We offer a full range of options, so if you’d prefer to take your design to another builder, that works too.
Can you work with plans I already have, or with my own designer?
Yes. Whether you’re bringing a concept from another architect or working with an interior designer you love, we’ll respect the original design intent and keep the collaboration open at every stage.
