Marrickville
A flexible luxury retreat
Cleverly expanded and redefined, this Marrickville project involved a major renovation, first-floor addition, rear extension, and the conversion of an upper-level loft into a self-contained secondary dwelling.
The project’s scope included a comprehensive internal fit-out. This featured new flooring, wall linings, and joinery, along with updated plumbing and electrical systems. Waterproofing, tiling, and air conditioning were also installed throughout.
By integrating a kitchenette and bathroom, the upper level was transformed into a functional retreat that supports independent living within the existing home.
More than just an extension, this upper-level haven adds lasting flexibility and a new layer of functionality to the residence.
