The project involved a complete internal transformation, including reconfigured layouts, new flooring, and a sleek, modern kitchen.
Structural works introduced expansive openings to enhance natural light and ventilation, while refined joinery and updated electrical and plumbing systems elevate the overall finish and functionality.
A new first and second-floor addition, along with a rear extension, significantly increased space and liveability, reshaping the home for growing family needs.
Externally, the renovation features a refreshed façade, new landscaping, and an inviting outdoor entertaining area— strengthening the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
This project was recognised for its execution and design, earning finalist placement in the 2024 HIA Awards for Renovation & Addition ($600K–$900K).
