The build prioritises solid construction, featuring double brick exterior walls for durability and single brick interior walls to enhance sound insulation– critical for a busy home.

The ground floor is reinforced with a concrete slab, while the first floor utilises a suspended concrete slab, ensuring long-term structural stability.

To maximise the sloping site, a step-down ground floor was incorporated, adding architectural interest while improving spatial efficiency. The basement level was transformed into a fully equipped gym, optimising the home’s footprint.
