Knockdown rebuild transformation
Located on a quiet street, the project saw the knockdown of an ageing residence and the creation of a custom home for a family of four– featuring five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a study now enjoyed as a piano room.
Every space was designed to support family life—formal and informal dining areas, an open-plan kitchen, and light-filled living spaces. Built for connection and quiet moments, this home is designed to last.
The process was as important as the outcome. Significant excavation enabled the creation of a basement, complete with a gym, laundry, and secure parking.
Every stage was managed with precision and care. Collaboration with designers ensured no detail was overlooked.
