Our origin
In 2015, two brothers sat down, sharing stories that many homeowners know all too well: budgets spiralling out of control, projects dragging on, subpar craftsmanship, and the constant frustration of miscommunication. These weren’t just anecdotes – they were symptomatic of a broken industry. Cynical? Maybe. But it was this singular conversation that sparked something transformative.
Ben and Aaron, the TASS brothers, approached the problem from two unique positions. One a licensed builder, the other, a licensed structural engineer. Both were immersed in the world of luxury residential sector but approached the industry with different, complementary skill sets. Together, they had everything needed to rewrite the script.
Not long after, TASS was born, fuelled by a relentless desire to challenge the stigma surrounding the residential building industry. Their mission was clear: to redefine how homeowners experience the architectural design and build journey. Their solution even clearer: an integrated, one-stop service that brought together a team of in-house experts under one cohesive umbrella. Some would call it a passion, others an obsession. Whatever it was, it was an unyielding commitment to excellence. Each home delivered to delighted clients reinforced their belief that they were onto something extraordinary.
As the brand grew, so did their determination to elevate every aspect of the process. They sought out meticulous craftsmen and creative minds, forming an in-house team of professionals that shared their vision of uncompromising quality and artistry. In 2018, they welcomed Ryan into the fold – a partner whose drive and vision matched their own. With Ryan’s addition, the team’s synergy grew stronger, ensuring that every client experience met the “unmatched TASS standard.”
Today, Ben, Aaron, and Ryan lead a dynamic team of creative architects, interior designers, project managers, and estimators. As young fathers themselves, they understand what truly makes a house a home. Their vision remains as powerful now as it was in day one: Customise Homes, Change Lifestyles, Create Memories.
