At TASS, we’re registered architects & licensed builders, so alongside that qualification, you also get building expertise under the same roof. Many people weigh up architects and building designers early on, and understanding the difference helps you choose what’s right for your home. We’re always happy to talk it through with no pressure.
Do I need council approval, and do you handle it?
Most homes need approval before work can begin, and we manage that from start to finish. For a new build or a bigger renovation, we prepare and lodge the development application with Sutherland Shire Council, keeping the documentation clear and complete. We stay across each planning requirement, from new dwellings to renovations, so your approval moves as smoothly as possible. Handling this is part of the service, so it never falls on you.
Do you design new homes as well as renovations?
