Ryan Jenkins

Ryan is the engine that keeps TASS running at full speed, bringing energy, precision, and a problem-solving mindset to every project. As Construction Manager and Partner at TASS, he thrives in the fast-paced environment of construction, keeping projects on schedule, teams aligned, and quality at the forefront. His career began with a Certificate III in Carpentry, and his skill and work ethic quickly saw him move up the ranks to Carpenter and Foreman, before earning his Certificate IV in Building & Construction. A major health setback briefly sidelined him, but stepping away only reinforced his drive. When the time was right, Aaron and Ben recognised his leadership and welcomed him as a partner in 2022, cementing his role in the future of TASS.

At TASS, Ryan is the person making sure every moving part comes together seamlessly. Whether it’s overseeing site operations, tackling unexpected challenges, or ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship, he keeps things running with a steady hand and a practical mindset. His ability to connect with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers ensures a smooth and collaborative build process.

When he’s not managing the chaos of construction, you’ll find him training for his next Ironman, staying active, or spending time outdoors—because slowing down isn’t really in his vocabulary.
