With a Certificate III in Carpentry and a Certificate IV in Building & Construction, Josh brings a unique mix of hands-on experience and technical expertise. After eight years on-site across residential and commercial construction, he shifted gears into estimating, spending the last seven years perfecting the art of precision budgeting and project planning. His extensive joinery background adds another layer of craftsmanship to his skill set, giving him a deep understanding of materials, detailing, and the intricacies of high-quality builds. Coming from a family of tradesmen, construction is in his DNA, and it shows in the way he approaches every project.

He works closely with clients, suppliers, and the team to ensure estimates are accurate, timelines are realistic, and every project starts on the right foot.
