Ben is the driving force behind TASS, bringing an obsessive passion for design and building to everything he does. As Founder and Director, he’s committed to delivering not only the perfect product but the perfect experience for every client, ensuring that every detail is executed to the highest standard.

Ben’s journey began early with a natural talent for carpentry, which saw him excel through his Certificate III in Carpentry and Certificate IV in Building & Construction. Over the last 15+ years, Ben has honed his skills on high-end residential projects and custom builds, always seeking that ideal balance between form and function. Mentored by the best in the industry, he learned that true quality is about more than just the finished product – it’s about precision, innovation, and solving problems as they arise.

At TASS, Ben oversees all operations, ensuring every project runs smoothly from concept through to completion. He is a true implementer of systems and processes, constantly refining workflows and improving communication to guarantee projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest quality. Ben thrives on bringing ideas to life, solving challenges, and exceeding client expectations, all while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

When he’s not overseeing operations, Ben can be found out on the surf, soaking up the sunshine, or trying to keep up with Ryan Jenkins in the gym – always looking for balance and pushing himself to new limits.
