Aaron Tass

Aaron is the calm in the construction storm, making sure every project starts on solid ground – both structurally and strategically. As a Founder and Director of TASS, he brings a rare mix of technical expertise and big-picture thinking, ensuring that no detail goes unnoticed.

With a Bachelor’s in Engineering (Honours), a Master’s in Engineering Management, and a Certificate IV in Building & Construction, Aaron’s knowledge spans civil and structural engineering, surveying, project management, and local council planning (so yes, he’s the guy who actually understands the fine print). As President of the Cronulla-Sutherland Division of the Master Builders Association and a member of the MBA Council of Management, he’s not just keeping up with industry standards – he’s helping shape them.

At TASS, Aaron leads all things pre-construction, from the first client meeting to estimates, contracts, and compliance. He’s known for his methodical approach, sharp problem-solving skills, and ability to make complex projects feel effortless – qualities that serve him just as well at work as they do in life as a father of four young daughters (a role that requires equal parts patience and project management).

When he’s not fine-tuning a project or wrangling his lively crew at home, you’ll find him chasing waves or daydreaming about an uninterrupted night’s sleep – whichever comes first.
